Twitterasmus Project
Twitterasmus is an application prototype that tries to make the best of the chance by the mash up between Twitter application and google maps.
Twitter application is here customized for Erasmus students in order to offer them a web service that will support their Erasmus experience in a real time.
Compared to the service offered by twitter and twittervision here the tweet (small text messages up to 140 dots) insertion and research is guided by the selection of thematic areas and geographical destinations. In fact, the starting point and the focus of the navigation is the choice of a departure city and a destination city.
Tweets are continuously up to date by users. They can also trace interesting tweets in the thematic databases created to insert their own personal experience.
